I recently downloaded and played the Crysis 2 demo for the PC and I gotta say, I'm enjoying it.The game is gorgeous, I have everything cranked and I haven't had a single hitch. The demo is locked at DX9, but I'm sure the full version will have DX10 maybe even DX11 and that will be wonderful.
The gameplay is pretty solid, the Nano suit has a lot of neat abilities that really effect the multiplayer offerings. Perhaps you wanna be invisible for a little while? Sure, go ahead. Maybe you want maximum armor? Go right ahead! And there are more. The game is seperated into classes much like Bad Company 2 and I'm okay with that. I love class based multiplayer games. The game is pretty fast paced and the two multiplayer levels are well designed.
I'm not sure if I will be picking the game up right away when it comes out, but I'm sure I will eventually get it for PC down the road. I enjoyed the first Crysis and I can only hope the single player for Crysis 2 is just as good.
I recommend everyone to give this game a chance. The PS3 beta starts soon (Although, I heard the PS3 version is rather underwhelming...) but if you can, check it out on 360 or preferably on PC.
