There are a lot of rumors going around that Nintendo may be announcing a new console at this year's E3. I believe this could easily happen with the progress of the Wii dimming along with the fact that they are so behind on the tech side of things as well.
My prediction?
I think they will announce that they are working on a new console and we will get little data on what it might be. The system will launch in 2012, Q4. I also think some support will be there for the Wii to keep it going for all the casual players they have built.
