Retro Rewind - TMNT on NES

 I couldn't find much in terms of what the heck the enemies are in this game. I found that the flame guy is just a dude who lit himself on fire and loves it so much he is not in pain, so he just throws fire dudes at you. The frog is just a frog, and the dude with a chainsaw is just a dude with a chainsaw. The robots just aren't nice to turtles I guess. I seriously can't find anything that explains the weird alien pizza dudes, the blue mini guys, any of it. It just looks like they didn't take anything from the canon and just kinda made stuff. Eh, whatever though, I can pretend!
